Three-Ring and Medium-Speed Micronizer
Brief Introduction
The three-ring and medium-speed micronizer of HGM series is a kind of equipment of high efficiency and low cost for processing super fine powders, developed on the basis of twenty years' production experiences of mills, and examination of many kinds of grinders and pulverizers.

Its features are as follows:
1. Under the same condition of fineness of finished products and motor power, its capacity is larger than that of airflow mill and mixer mill by 40 percent.
2. Under the same condition of materials and fineness of finished products, the service life of its wearing parts is longer than that of impact pulverizer and turbine one. Generally, it can be more than one year.
3. In the grinding cavity, there is no rolling bearing and screw. So the following questions don' t exist: The bearing and its sealed parts are easy worn; The screw is easy to be loose to damage the machine.
4. The product fineness can be up to d97¡Ü5um without gradation.

Application
It is a kind of equipment for processing fine and micro powders, and mainly used for non-inflammable and non-explosive fragile materials of middle or low hardness (its Mohs hardness is less than the sixth grade). These materials are as follows for reference: Calcite, chalk, limestone, dolomite, kaolin and so on. When Mohs hardness of the material ranges from 4 to 6 grades, the service life of wearing parts will be shortened.

Composition and Structure
The complete set of the machine should be composed of hammer crusher, bucket elevator, hopper, electromagnetic vibrating feeder, main frame, device for selecting powder, diffuse powder collector of double tourbillion, bag dust-cleaning device with pulsation, blower with high pressure and noise silencer.
